我唔係 BB 嘅家長，可唔可以訂？I'm not the parent. Can I order one?
可以。相片要由小朋友嘅家長或監護人提供同同意使用：你可以請佢哋上載，或者經佢哋同意後代為上載。Yes. The photo must come from the child's parent or guardian, with their consent: ask them to upload it, or upload it yourself with their permission.
生日送，要幾早落單？How early should I order for a birthday?
最好預早兩星期：付款後大約 10 分鐘整好成本書，你檢查確認後約 7 個工作天印好，再加順豐 1–3 個工作天。About two weeks ahead is safest: the book is ready about 10 minutes after paying, printing takes about 7 working days after you approve, then 1–3 working days by SF Express.
可唔可以寫祝福說話？Can I add a message?
可以，落單時填「祝福說話」，會印喺「呢本書屬於」嗰頁。Yes. Fill in the message when you order and we print it on the "this book belongs to" page.
適合幾大嘅小朋友？What age is it for?
6 個月至 3 歲。書入面嘅相會跟住 BB 嘅年紀調整（例如未識企嘅 BB 會坐住）。6 months to 3 years. The pictures follow the child's age (for example, babies who can't stand yet are shown sitting).
張相會點處理？What happens to the photo?
只會用嚟整呢本書，唔會用嚟訓練 AI，亦唔會公開。書送出 30 日後自動刪除，亦可以隨時刪除。It's only used to make this book — never for AI training, never shown publicly. It's deleted 30 days after delivery, or any time you ask.
